Brooke R. Eisensmith
Director, Wealth Strategist
Brooke is a Director, Wealth Strategist for Cresset and counsels Cresset’s clients on a diverse array of issues associated with estate planning, wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration. She is also passionate about helping clients meet their goals related to charitable giving and planning.
Prior to joining Cresset, Brooke was an attorney at Katz Baskies & Wolf PLLC in Boca Raton, Florida. Throughout her legal career, Brooke has practiced in the area of wills, trusts, and estates. She has assisted with the drafting and review of complex estate planning documents, various corporate documents, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Brooke also has experience with the establishment and administration of both domestic and foreign asset-protection planning structures.
Brooke is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council, and the Professional Advisory Committee of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County.
Brooke is a native of south Florida and graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in finance. She earned her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.
