Gina Oderda

Gina Oderda is a Director, Wealth Strategist in Cresset’s Chicago office. Gina works closely with clients to identify and achieve their tax and estate planning goals and is dedicated to providing guidance that is tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.
Prior to joining Cresset, Gina was a partner in Mayer Brown LLP’s Private Clients, Trusts & Estates practice. Gina’s practice at Mayer Brown focused on estate and tax planning for ultra-high net worth individuals, estate and trust administration, international estate planning, and establishing and advising not-for-profit organizations. Gina has extensive experience with wills, trusts, family partnerships, and many other sophisticate estate planning and wealth transfer techniques.
Gina earned her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Duke University School of Law in 2010. Gina graduated magna cum laude from Menlo College in 2006, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Psychology.
Gina is a member of the Illinois state bar, the Chicago Estate Planning Council, and the Lyric Opera’s Planned Giving Advisory Council.
Gina and her husband, Patrick, live in the Old Irving Park neighborhood of Chicago with their daughters, Maren and Georgia, and their Italian Spinone/Siberian Husky mix, Emmett.
