Samir Rahman

Samir Rahman joined Cresset as an Associate, Wealth Advisor and supports Cresset’s west coast wealth advisory teams. In his role, he helps identify suitable investment opportunities and constructs holistic financial plans on behalf of clients.

Prior to joining Cresset, Samir had experience working as a discretionary Equity Trader where he developed and executed long-short investment strategies for his firm. After that, he began his career as an Advisor at Merrill Lynch and served as the Portfolio Advisor for a team that managed assets for institutional and high-net-worth clients.

Outside of work, Samir lives in San Francisco and enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and attending live music concerts.
