Continuing its strong pace of hiring top talent in the wealth management industry, Cresset announced today that it has hired Victor A. Espinosa as a Partner and Managing Director of National Sales for the West Region. In his new role, Espinosa is responsible for new business development, focusing on client acquisition and cultivating strategic partnerships. He also works with individuals and families to identify how Cresset’s capabilities can help them reach their financial goals. He is based out of San Francisco.

Prior to joining Cresset, Espinosa served as the Senior Director of Global Business Development at Golden Gate Global where he focused on business development initiatives, capital raising and private client advisory in the United States, Asia and Latin America. Prior to that, he worked for The Ayco Company, a Goldman Sachs Company where he provided C-suite executives, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families comprehensive wealth management services and advisory.
Espinosa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Finance from Northeastern University. He is a mentor to students at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and is a mentor and a member of the nonprofit organization Latinos in Finance in San Francisco. Espinosa currently resides in San Francisco and has deep roots in Irvine, California, New England and Mexico City.
