Alana Yokoyama, CFP®

Associate Director, Wealth Advisor

Alana Yokoyama serves as an Associate Director, Wealth Advisor at Cresset. In this role, she serves as the lead relationship manager for a select group of clients, providing them with integrated planning, investment management, and wealth-transfer strategies. Acting as a trusted confidante to her clients and their families, Alana helps them anticipate key crossroads in their wealth and prepare for those inflection points with poise and confidence.

Leveraging more than a decade of direct experience, she appreciates the distinctive needs of ultra-high-net-worth clients and is skilled in streamlining and simplifying the complexities of their financial affairs. With that in mind, Alana’s primary focus when working with clients is to deliver tailored advice and provide seamless implementation, helping them anticipate key crossroads in their wealth and prepare for those inflection points with confidence. She does this with a tax-sensitive approach that helps clients organize their financial picture, discerning a more efficient pathway to their ambitions. Prior to joining Cresset, Alana held positions at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management and served as an Associate Director with First Republic Private Wealth Management for more than five years. Before that, she served as a Client Relations Manager with Gerber Kawasaki Wealth & Investment Management, a registered investment adviser in Santa Monica, where she began her career in 2013.

Alana earned her B.A. in international relations from Boston University. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional.

In her spare time, Alana volunteers with Project Glimmer, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering adolescent girls through guidance, mentorship, and networking. She lives in San Francisco with her husband, Eric, and their Portuguese Water Dog, Lucca.
