“Cresset” refers to Cresset Capital Management, LLC and its affiliates, including: Cresset Asset Management, LLC (“CAM”), a registered investment advisor that provides investment advisory, family office, and other services to individuals, families, and institutional clients; Cresset Partners, LLC (“CP”), a registered investment advisor that provides investment advisory services strictly to investment vehicles investing in private equity and real estate; and Cresset Trust Company, LLC (“CTC”), a South Dakota-chartered public trust company that provides trust services to clients. The Website is owned and operated by Cresset. By using the Website, Users accept and agree to be bound and abide by the terms hereof. Users’ privacy is important to Cresset, and Cresset wants to make their online experience satisfying and safe.
