Beatrice Maidman serves as an Associate Director, Wealth Advisor at Cresset. In this role, Beatrice works closely with ultra-high-net-worth clients, helping them discern their priorities and pursue those objectives more directly. She offers deep experience advising clients with various sources of wealth, focusing on multi-generational families.
Beatrice provides her clients with a family-office approach designed to simplify the complexities that significant wealth can pose. She offers extensive depth in next-generation wealth transfer, offering a tax-sensitive approach that integrates investing, trust and estate services, financial planning, and charitable giving. As part of this integration, Beatrice collaborates closely with clients’ external tax and legal intermediaries, maintaining steady momentum on shared initiatives. She believes clients value her ability to be proactive, listen attentively, and translate their goals into actionable strategies.
Prior to joining Cresset, Beatrice held positions at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management and served as an Associate Wealth Manager at First Republic Private Wealth Management. Before that, she was an Assistant Professor with Boston University School of Law, where she advised entrepreneurs from MIT and Boston University on a range of startup issues. Beatrice began her law career in 2017 at Cooley LP in New York City.
Beatrice earned her JD from Boston University School of Law, magna cum laude, and her B.S. in neuroscience from the University of Rochester. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
Beatrice lives in Boston with her husband, Garrett, and their dog, Monte. In her spare time, Beatrice enjoys reading and traveling.
