As a Director, Investment Operations & Trading at Cresset, Heather Ramsey leads the trading and investment operations teams with a strong commitment to continuous process improvement. She plays a pivotal role in implementing the firm’s investment ideas and bolstering the firm’s technology infrastructure for trade execution and portfolio management. She is dedicated to optimizing operations and creating efficiencies to support the firm’s investment platform, allowing Cresset’s advisors to consistently deliver high quality investment solutions to our valued clients.
Previously, Heather worked as an Investment Analyst for several organizations, including Teachers Retirement System of Georgia, the Emory University endowment, and Invesco. In these roles, she was primarily responsible for investment manager research, due diligence, and performance reporting. Earlier in her career she worked for Merrill Lynch in both client service and operations roles.
Heather is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the CFA® Institute and the CFA® Society of Atlanta. She graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. Heather lives in Roswell, a suburb of Atlanta, with her husband Jeff, and their two sons.
