Susan Yum is a Director, Private Wealth Client Services at Cresset, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. In her role, she works closely with clients and advisory teams to help deliver a high level of service and support across complex wealth management relationships.
Prior to joining Cresset, Susan held several roles at Rockefeller Capital Management, including Transition Management Specialist, Team Lead, and Client Service Associate. Earlier in her career, she served as an Operations Manager and Assistant Vice President at Citigroup.
Susan earned a degree in Business Administration from Drexel University. A Philadelphia native, she was born and raised in the area before relocating to Georgia in 2018. She now resides in Johns Creek with her husband and two daughters. Outside of the office, Susan enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with her family.
