Wanna Zhang serves as Director, Reporting at Cresset. Her professional experience includes portfolio operations, fund accounting, and process improvement. She has deep knowledge in performance analysis across multiple asset classes, including private investments and hedge funds. Wanna is particularly skilled in generating complex investment reports and maintaining the integrity of data. She also has experience managing several successful data conversion projects when switching to new reporting systems.
Prior to joining Cresset, Wanna was a Director at First Republic Private Wealth Management, where she ran the performance reporting group for the Constellation team. Earlier in her career, Wanna was with WHV Investment Management, an asset manager, where she researched portfolio profiles for management, and performed portfolio reconciliation on international securities and currencies for over 250+ institutions and high-net-worth individuals.
Wanna earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA and an MSc in financial analysis from the University of San Francisco.
Outside of work, Wanna is an avid traveler. She has visited Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Western Europe, the Middle East, and North America. She enjoys flying airplanes, going on road trips, watching sports, and attending movies and concerts.
