Director, Client Experience

As the Director of Client Experience for Cresset, Eva leads initiatives that aim to enhance the firm’s client experience. Eva’s role is to manage the voice of client program from survey design/launch, data analysis and feedback implementation. With nearly 20 Cresset office locations across the country, Eva collaborates with Cresest’s Office Experience team to deliver a consistent and signature guest experience nationwide. Eva also manages the firmwide client gifting strategy to ensure the delight factor for Cresset clients is brought to life. Eva is also a leader within the firm in organizing local and national philanthropic efforts as part of Cresset’s corporate social responsibility program.

Before joining Cresset in 2017, Eva was the regional Marketing Events Coordinator for Boston Consulting Group. This role included organizing all aspects of client event coordination from event conceptualization, stakeholder management / communications, venue selection / management, budget tracking, guest list management and post-event follow ups. Prior to this role Eva was part of BCG’s Business Services Team supporting two senior partners with calendar management, travel arrangements & project management.

Outside of work, Eva enjoys spending time with her family in Chicago, along with practicing and teaching yoga, reading and cooking.
