Cayla Surovsky is an Associate on the Governance and Education team at Cresset, where she develops and refines wealth education curricula, oversees program operations, and provides strategic support to the Managing Director and Director. She is a Co-Director of Launch Generation, a program dedicated to empowering young people with financial knowledge and leadership skills. She has been deeply involved with Launch Generation since 2021, previously serving as Assistant Director.
She is passionate about education and experiential learning, with prior experience coordinating student programs at the University of Washington’s School of Public Health and teaching an undergraduate course on interdisciplinary learning. In addition to her work in wealth education, Cayla is a dedicated coach for competitive youth rock climbing, mentoring and training young athletes in both technical skill development and leadership.
Cayla graduated cum laude from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in community, environment and planning and a minor in education, learning and society.
