Kasia Chudzik is a Managing Director, Head of Operations Strategy and Administration at Cresset. In this role, she helps drive the execution of firmwide operational initiatives and helps coordinate strategy, risk management, project execution, and administrative infrastructure. She brings deep expertise in project and change management, operational governance, and mergers and acquisitions integration, and leads cross-functional execution across the firm. Her focus is on building a scalable, well-governed operating platform designed to support advisors, promote consistency and efficiency, and support the delivery of an exceptional client experience.
Previously, Kasia served as Managing Director, Client Service at Cresset, where she led initiatives focused on delivering highly personalized client experiences and supporting advisors in delivering tailored planning and client services for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Registered Client Associate at Merrill Lynch, working closely with ultra-high-net-worth clients on complex financial strategies and customized lending solutions. She began her career at AIG–American General Finance.
Kasia earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Pittsburgh and holds a Master of Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. Active in her community, she supports several philanthropic organizations, including HART Animal Rescue. She lives in Leesburg, Virginia, with her husband, two sons, and their rescue dog.
