Watch our second “Meet the Manager” session, where we learn from the unique perspectives of venture capital luminaries within our Cresset Partners Venture Capital investment portfolio. This time, we are honored to chat with Lauren Gross, Partner and COO of Founders Fund, one of the most influential and pioneering firms in the VC ecosystem. Founders Fund is renowned for its visionary approach, bold investments, and a track record of supporting some of the most transformative companies of our time. They’ve been early investors in some of the most important companies around today, including Facebook, SpaceX, Palantir, Airbnb, Stripe, and several others that have had substantial impact on the world.

From its inception, Founders Fund has championed innovative thinking, taking calculated risks on ideas that push the boundaries of what’s possible. In this discussion, you’ll hear firsthand from Lauren about Founders Fund’s investment thesis, the decision-making process behind their most successful ventures, and the firm’s outlook on the future of the venture capital landscape. Learn how Founders Fund identifies groundbreaking opportunities, nurtures visionary entrepreneurs, and navigates the complexities of a rapidly evolving market. Moderating the conversation are Cresset Managing Directors and Venture Capital Portfolio Managers, Jordan Stein and James Danforth.

Cresset has been an investor in Founders Fund for years, including our recently launched Ventures II Fund, which is currently open to investors.
