Beatrice Maidman serves as an Associate Director, Wealth Advisor at Cresset. In this role, Beatrice works closely with ultra-high-net-worth clients, helping them translate their goals into actionable strategies.

Beatrice provides her clients with a family-office approach designed to simplify the complexities that significant wealth can pose. In particular, she offers extensive knowledge in tax-sensitive wealth transfer, integrating investment advice, trust and estate services, financial planning, and charitable giving to meet her clients’ objectives. To provide her clients a seamless experience, Beatrice collaborates closely with external tax and legal intermediaries.

Beatrice previously held positions at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management and First Republic Private Wealth Management. Before transitioning into wealth management, Beatrice began her career as a practicing attorney, first as an associate at Cooley LLP, where she focused on venture capital, capital markets and M&A followed by teaching as an Assistant Professor with Boston University School of Law, where she advised entrepreneurs from MIT and Boston University on a range of startup issues.

Beatrice earned her JD from Boston University School of Law, magna cum laude, and her bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from the University of Rochester. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.

Beatrice lives in Boston with her husband, Garrett, and their dog, Monte. In her spare time, Beatrice enjoys reading and traveling.
