Glenn serves as an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at Cresset, where he is responsible for leading Talent Acquisition efforts across the firm and its subsidiaries. In this role, he oversees full-cycle recruitment, develops recruiting standard operating procedures, and supports HR guidelines and materials.
Prior to joining Cresset, Glenn previously worked at JLL, where he led recruitment for one of the firm’s fastest-growing client accounts. He designed end-to-end recruiting frameworks and managed full-cycle hiring across technology, professional services, and facilities roles. Earlier in his career, he held positions at Aerotek as both a Recruiter and Account Manager, where he developed expertise in client partnership, business development, and talent delivery within the skilled trades and manufacturing sectors.
He earned a degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new restaurants throughout Chicago and is an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, and Indiana Hoosiers.
