Jen Plourd is a Director, Private Wealth Client Services at Cresset, based in Denver. She works alongside advisors to help deliver a high-level, holistic wealth management experience for ultra-high-net-worth clients and their families, supporting the operational, investment, and account servicing needs that accompany complex wealth.
Jen brings nearly two decades of experience in private wealth management, having worked with family offices, business owners, executives, and large institutions across Cresset, Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management, Bank of America, and Citi Private Bank — including helping launch Merrill’s Private Banking and Investment Group in 2009 and shaping compliance policies while on Bank of America’s lending team. Her experience spans client relationship management, next-generation education, alternative investments, estate planning, lending, account onboarding, and complex transaction coordination.
She believes wealth management is deeply personal and works to make clients feel understood and supported so their day-to-day lives are easier.
Outside of work, Jen extends her service mindset to the Denver community through coaching and educational workshops related to financial, mind, and body wellness. She resides in Denver, where her interests include travel, yoga, live music, hiking, skiing, and golf.
