Jennifer Lam is Managing Director, Head of Client Service, where she leads the firm’s efforts to deliver a client-focused experience. In this role, she is responsible for elevating service standards, driving operational efficiencies, and building scalable processes that support continued growth. Jennifer is a strong advocate for client service excellence, focused on deepening relationships and understanding the unique dynamics of each advisor team.
With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jennifer has dedicated more than 10 years to client service leadership within private wealth management. Prior to joining Cresset, she held senior roles at Merrill, First Republic, J.P. Morgan, and Mariner, where she led client service teams and helped shape enhanced service models.
A San Francisco native, Jennifer continues to reside in the Bay Area with her family. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Davis. Outside of work, she enjoys international travel and exploring new cultures through food.
