Karen Bayona is a Director, Chief of Staff to Cresset Executive Managing Director, Paul Tramontano. In her role, Karen works with both the New York and Greenwich offices to execute the team’s initiatives to improve workflow, teamwork, and productivity. She is responsible for planning and managing all administrative projects. She partners with executives and staff to ensure the team delivers a positive client experience.
Prior to joining Cresset, Karen was an Executive Assistant at First Republic Investment Management, where she supported Paul Tramontano and the New York and Greenwich offices. She was responsible for day-to-day operations, which included employee hiring, managing schedules, planning meetings, and corporate events. She came to First Republic Investment Management through the acquisition of Constellation Wealth Advisors, where she was an integral part of the transition. At Constellation Wealth Advisors, she served as the Executive Assistant to Co-CEO Paul Tramontano, responsible for all administrative tasks and supported the financial reporting, facilities, human resources, and day-to-day operation of the New York office. Before that, she was a Project Manager for the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Citi Global Wealth Management.
Karen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management at St. John’s University. She lives in Floral Park, NY with her husband and two sons.
