Katherine Dumont

Associate, Executive Assistant

Katherine is Executive Assistant to Cresset’s Co-Founder and Co-Chairman, Eric Becker. She and Eric have worked together beginning with Sterling Partners in 2007, followed by Caretta.

Prior to this, Katherine served as EA to the Chairman, President and CEO of NeighborCare. From 1995 to 2002 she worked at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore supporting the Vice President of Patient Care, Chief Nursing Officer and the Vice President of Hospital Operations.

She received a B.S. in Business Management from Middle Tennessee State University in 1990.

She’s a strong advocate of human rights and a huge animal lover.
