Lars Okeson, CPA is Managing Director, Wealth Advisor, advising Family Office clients on financial planning and investment strategies. Lars is responsible for client portfolio creation, implementation, due diligence and ongoing management.

Lars obtains strategic and financial leadership qualities from over 35 years in a broad range of industries, including information technology, software, pharmaceutical, healthcare services and hospitality. He began his career in 1986 as a CPA with Arthur Andersen LLP. His work experience includes tenures in leadership roles at both private and public companies including Fuiz Technologies Inc, Convergence Holdings Corp, IKIMBO Inc, ServerVault Corp, and private equity firm Revolution LLC as Executive Vice President/ Chief Financial Officer. In his most recent position before joining PagnatoKarp, Lars was a Vice President/Financial Advisor at Bernstein Private Wealth Management, where he managed several significant client relationships.

In the community, Lars has been active with his church and coaching youth sports. He currently serves on the College of William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business Accounting Board. For several years, he served on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and as Audit Committee Chair of The Washington Home and Community Hospices, as well as on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of the Great Falls Lacrosse Association.

Lars graduated from the College of William & Mary where he received a BBA in Accounting and was a CPA during his 10 years in public accounting. He currently resides in Great Falls, VA with his wife and three children.
