Nickie Dupuis

Head of Tax Services

About

Nickie Dupuis is Head of Tax Services at Cresset, where she works with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices on complex income tax, estate, trust, charitable, and multigenerational wealth planning matters. Throughout her career, she has advised families across the wealth continuum — from first-generation wealth creators navigating significant income and liquidity events to fifth-generation families focused on preserving, administering, and transferring wealth across generations.

Her career spans public accounting, a single-family office, trust administration, and outsourced family office services. Her experience includes individual, trust and estate taxation, estate administration, gift and charitable planning, cash and liquidity planning, financial reporting, investment, and other family office functions.

Nickie brings a holistic perspective to each family’s financial life, recognizing that tax and financial considerations are important, but are not always the sole drivers of a decision. She works to understand each family’s personal priorities, values, and charitable and legacy objectives, and helps coordinate strategies that are designed to be tax-efficient and financially sound while remaining aligned with what matters most to the family.

Nickie is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master’s degree in accounting from Texas State University. She serves on the board of The Parish School, which supports children with communication delays and learning differences, and as a trustee of Goodwill Houston, which helps individuals overcome barriers to employment and build pathways to meaningful work.
