About

Pat Biladeau is a Managing Director and Wealth Advisor at Cresset, where he advises entrepreneurs, founders, and business owners on investment strategy, tax planning, trust and estate planning, and family office formation. He works closely with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, helping them navigate complex wealth decisions across multiple stages of growth and liquidity.

 Pat joined Cresset Capital in 2018 as the firm’s fifth wealth advisor and currently serves as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, contributing to portfolio strategy and investment oversight across public and private markets.

Prior to Cresset, Pat was a Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he advised clients on asset allocation, investment management, and portfolio construction, including investments in public and private markets. Earlier in his career, he worked as a private equity investor at Baird Capital and a private credit analyst at Silver Point Capital. He began his career in the investment banking group at Goldman Sachs, advising corporate and private equity clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.

Pat graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and earned his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Outside of Cresset, Pat serves on the board of the Wilmette Theatre and is active in fundraising efforts for Lurie Children’s Hospital. He lives in Wilmette, Illinois, with his wife and three sons. An avid runner, he has completed six marathons with a personal best of 3:03.
