Priti Patel is the Managing Director, Head of Bill Pay at Cresset. In this role, she leads the Bill Pay platform for Cresset’s clients, overseeing the strategy, operations, and ongoing service delivery. She partners closely with Cresset’s Family Office Services and Wealth Advisory teams to deliver a seamless, secure, and highly personalized payment experience that helps clients simplify their financial lives.
Prior to joining Cresset, Priti spent 13 years at Bessemer Trust, where she built and led the firm’s Bill Pay function. She expanded the service to support clients, advisors, and complex family office structures while developing operational processes, implementing technology solutions, and establishing scalable service models and controls.
Priti earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montclair State University and an MBA from Rutgers Business School.
