Sophie Lee serves as a Director, Wealth Advisor at Cresset. She has worked in the wealth management industry since 2011, serving high-net-worth families and helping them understand their families’ values and goals. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Sophie crafts tailored solutions for her clients, using financial planning to navigate complex investment, tax, and estate planning strategies.
Formerly, Sophie was Chief Operating Officer and Principal of Cypress Wealth Advisors, where she was responsible for financial planning and client relationships. In addition, she oversaw the firm’s operations and performance reporting, implementing processes to reduce inefficiencies and improve the firm’s portfolio management technology solution.
Sophie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in applied mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley. Sophie resides in Oakland and is an avid Peloton rider. When not at work, she enjoys traveling, exploring wine country, and spending time with her friends, husband, daughter, and rescue dog from Korea.
