Less than ten years ago, Poppi Co-Founder Allison Ellsworth was experimenting with natural soda recipes in her kitchen to cope with several health issues she’d developed. Fast forward to today and the result of those kitchen experiments – the prebiotic soda Poppi – is the number one best-selling soda on Amazon and the number one most watched Super Bowl commercial according to the audience analytics firm Samba TV.

In honor of women’s history month, we are thrilled to welcome Poppi co-founder Allison Ellsworth to talk about how she went from a career in the oil and gas industry to launching her own highly successful prebiotic soda company out of her kitchen – all while raising three young boys.
