About Arlene Schiff

As Vice President of Client Development, Arlene manages client acquisitions and implementation strategies for Homethrive programs and their participants. With 15 years of extensive experience as a nurse administrator, sales leader and operations director across both senior living and private duty home care, she brings valuable knowledge of the market to the Homethrive team. Prior to joining Homethrive, Arlene served as Director of Sales and Operations of Senior Living, as well as Nurse Administrator of a regional private duty home care company where she initiated and managed the sale of on-site private duty home services and home nursing programs to several senior living communities in the Chicago area. Arlene also initiated and served as Nurse Administrator for the home nursing program and Regional Director of the Personalized Living program that benefited residents and their families at Brookdale Senior Living in the state of Illinois. Her experience in sales management also extends to her time as President of A.D. Schiff & Associates, a national firm providing full cycle recruitment for sales and sales management positions specialized in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Arlene Schiff earned her BSN from the University of Illinois and is a registered nurse.
