Adwoa Mograbi serves as Executive Managing Director, Chief People Officer for Cresset and is responsible for the firm’s strategic and operational HR programs and initiatives.
Adwoa brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, strategy, and talent management in banking, capital markets, and high-growth entrepreneurial environments. She has a track record of building and transforming HR operations, with a focus on talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and diversity and inclusion.
She most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Federal Home Loan Banks, Office of Finance, and previously as Chief Talent Officer for the Atlantic Council, a Washington D.C.-based foreign policy think tank.
Adwoa earned a bachelor’s degree from McMaster University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. She lives in northern Virginia with her daughter and dog Chloe.
