Alyse Reiser Comiter

Alyse Reiser Comiter serves as Market Managing Director & Wealth Strategist with Cresset’s West Palm Beach office. In her role, Alyse works with Cresset’s clients to develop holistic plans that bring together their financial needs and objectives to help achieve the desired impact, legacy, and purpose of their wealth.

Prior to joining Cresset, Alyse was a shareholder and attorney with Gunster, which is a full-service law firm serving the Florida market. At Gunster, Alyse practiced many aspects of estate planning and administration, including drafting estate planning documents, advising on fiduciary matters, and preparing and filing federal estate and gift tax returns. She assisted clients with sophisticated tax, wealth transfer, and asset protection planning techniques, such as irrevocable life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, homestead trusts, and sales to intentionally defective grantor trusts. Alyse also advised clients on charitable giving and planning, including the establishment and administration of private foundations and other tax-exempt organizations. In addition, she counseled owners of closely held businesses on the organization, structure, and operation of business entities, as well as business-succession planning.

Alyse earned an LL.M (Master of Laws) degree in Taxation from New York University and is a member of the Florida and New York state bars. She is board certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates and is also a certified public accountant (CPA).

Alyse is on the Executive Council of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and is the Chair of the Section’s Artificial Reproductive Technology Committee. She is a member of the Professional Advisory Committee for the Jacobson Jewish Community Foundation and was a member of the inaugural class of the Young Leaders Society of the Jewish Women’s Foundation of the Greater Palm Beaches. *Alyse was named one of the “Up and Coming” in the Chambers High Net Worth guide in 2019 and 2020, an “Up and Comer” by Florida Trend in 2017, and a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers from 2016-2020.

Alyse lives in Boca Raton, Florida, with her husband, Matt, and their twin daughters.
