Chad Lilly

Chad Lilly is Director, Talent Acquisition with Cresset. Prior to Cresset, he led recruiting across all of Hightower Advisors corporate and field teams.

Chad brings over 25 years of recruiting experience across multiple industries from technology and professional services to healthcare and financial services. He has recruited across all departments and levels. Chad graduated with a degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University, where he played football on scholarship.

Chad and his spouse Karen live in Glen Ellyn, where they raised their two kids. They wrote “The Failure Book” that was published in 2020. When he is not in the office, you can find him coaching, taking pictures, making art, or working in his garden.
