Linda Cozad is Managing Director, Program Management for Cresset. She is responsible for planning and managing enterprise business programs to support strategic initiatives, with a special focus on system integrations and process improvements.
Prior to joining Cresset, Linda spent 15 years in banking in a variety of roles, including Information Technology, Operations, and Compliance. She has built a reputation for partnering with business units to collaborate on strategic initiatives and building high-performing teams. She is a creative program leader adept in facilitating business transformation by improving operational excellence, creating system efficiencies, and strengthening employee engagement.
Linda earned a Bachelor of Arts from Illinois State University and is life-long resident of Chicago. She has held positions on various school advisory boards and is an active supporter of Susan G Komen and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
