Val Gorman

Associate Director, Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff

Val Gorman serves as Chief of Staff to Cresset Co-Founder and Co-Chairman, Eric Becker. In her role, she works with teams across Cresset to execute on the firm’s goals and growth trajectory.

Prior to Cresset, Val was an Analyst at J.P. Morgan, where she supported corporate executives, business owners, and family offices on portfolio management, strategic lending, and wealth planning.

Val earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Management Science & Engineering at Stanford University, where she received the Award of Excellence.
