If you’ve returned to the office in person recently, you’ve likely returned to a workplace that is quite different from the one you left two years ago. You’re not alone. According to a recent McKinsey survey, company leaders report that many of the changes that occurred in response to the pandemic, such as an increase in remote work and customer preference for virtual interactions, are likely to stay for good.

We are excited to invite the authors of the #1 New York Times bestseller Designing Your Life to our virtual stage. Stanford professors, Bill Burnett and Dave Evans, share strategies to help company leaders and employees reimagine the workplace and their work lives stemming from their latest book, Designing Your New Work Life. To help us navigate the continued uncertainty, Burnett and Evans share tangible tips, adaptable tools, and creative design guidelines that will help us navigate our way forward. With their step-by-step approach, Burnett and Evans explain how design thinking can not only transform our work lives for the better, but also enable us to identify new possibilities in all areas of our lives.
